Hi,

I was wondering if there was a new meeting scheduled for sometime soon? I was diagnosed last April, and have taken a haphazard approach to my problems, but I'd like to change that.

If there isn't an official meeting would anyone care to do an informal one? At a Starbucks, or some such place?

Topic:  Depression and AD/HD

I'm in Chicago's Lakeview / Wrigleyville neighborhood near the Sheridan L stop.

I am an ethnic Spaniard by definition and I have ADHD/combined-type.  I know there are always "exceptions to the rule" but still, I thought I'd point out that -- well, I'm sure there are quite a lot of us "exceptions" out there.

It's hard for me to get to that location by 7 pm, which is why I didn't actually get to any of the meetings since I joined the group.  However, I would love to talk to other folks with ADD. So Felice (or anyone) email me/respond to this message and we'll figure out a way to talk. or we can set up a meeting.

Well, it's been a while since we had a meeting, and I'm afraid I am too busy to facilitate one. I am happy to take care of the online portion, posting the date/time on the web forum and maintaining the other online aspects.

The minimum requirement to have a meeting is having someone who will

--Call the library and set up the day/time
--Show up then

It's always great to have a topic and/or guest speaker, but it sounds like people want to get together and talk, which is why I am writing this message

Welcome.

We need someone to facilitate the meeting, that's why there have been no updates since june. I was doing it, but I have gotten too busy to take care of the details.

Now's a good time for me to send out a mass email to the members to see if anyone wants to make a meeting happen.
